Dr. Jason Rice grew up in Lake Mary, Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a minor in Spanish. Then he received his doctorate from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
He furthered his dental training at St. Luke’s and St. Vincent’s Charity Hospitals in Cleveland, OH, completing their hospital-based General Practice Residency Program. There he received specialized training in advanced dental techniques and in the treatment of medically compromised patients. Less than 10% of all dentists nationwide have completed such a rigorous training program!
Dr. Rice completed his orthodontic training at the Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics, where he earned his Specialist Certificate in Orthodontics. He has been practicing in the Jacksonville and Daytona areas since 2008, and he has successfully treated thousands of patients. He is board certifiable in the specialty of orthodontics under the regulations of the American Association of Orthodontists.
