General Dentistry
Our group can serve the role of a primary dental care provider for patients in all age groups and take responsibility for the diagnosis, treatment, management, and overall coordination of services to meet the individual oral health needs of our patients. These oral health needs include, but are not limited to: fillings, root canals, crowns, veneers, bridges, implants, gum care as well as preventive education.
Routine Cleanings & Exams
Regular visits to one of our Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) will ensure your teeth stay stronger and healthier for longer. Our dental hygienists are experts in teaching you the proper ways to care for your teeth and gums. They will discuss your diet, suggest ways to improve and maintain your oral health, and even advise you on ways you can give up smoking, a habit which has been proven to be very damaging to teeth and gums.
There is now increasing evidence of a link between gum disease and heart disease and strokes. Establishing appointments with your favorite dental hygienist at regular intervals reinforces your home care, helps us detect problems in the early stages, and helps you maintain optimum oral health. Your Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) works closely with your dentist to manage your care.
Crowns
When a tooth is cracked, decayed, or damaged, a crown may need to be fitted onto the tooth. A crown is a permanent covering that fits over the original tooth and preserves its function in the mouth. Crowns can be made of porcelain, gold and other materials. Porcelain crowns typically have the most realistic appearance. Crowns can also be used to enhance your smile, by whitening, reshaping, and realigning existing teeth.
Bridge
A bridge is a device used to replace the space where a tooth has been removed. A typical bridge consists of a "pontic" (filler tooth) that is attached to two surrounding crowns (called "abutments"). Once complete, this bridge structure is bonded into the mouth. Without the use of a bridge, gaps in the mouth where natural teeth are missing can cause multiple teeth to shift, lead to occlusion (biting) and/or jaw problems, and trigger periodontal disease. Bridges safeguard the integrity of existing teeth and help maintain a healthy, vibrant smile.
Veneers
A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain that is cemented on the tooth to improve its appearance. A minimal amount of tooth structure is removed from the front surface of the tooth and then the veneer is bonded onto the tooth. It is one of the simplest ways to improve the esthetics of your smile!
Dental Sedation
Once you've experienced sedation dentistry you'll never be afraid to go to the dentist again. Using a combination of small pills, the dentist can get you comfortable and get most (if not all) of your treatment completed during one treatment. You will not feel a thing, and you will wake up comfortable and relaxed.
FREE Nitrous Oxide Gas ("laughing gas")
Because it is so important to us that you have a great experience here, we offer FREE nitrous oxide gas for any procedure, including your routine cleaning appointments. Just let us know that you want to take advantage of this great benefit when you arrive for your next appointment!
Sleep Apnea
If you suffer from obstructive sleep apnea, then you know how draining the lack of sleep can be. Patients oftentimes find it difficult to use their CPAP breathing devices; well thankfully that is no longer the only option. The Somnomed™ MAS is a custom made medical device, designed to hold your lower jaw (mandible) forward while you sleep. This allows for better breathing, allowing you to get a more comfortable night's rest.
Laser Teeth Whitening
Using one of our lasers we are able to brighten your whole smile, top and bottom arches, in around 20 minutes! No other in office whitening system is that fast! This is the perfect procedure for busy professionals or patients who need a quick treatment before a big event.
Orthodontics
Orthodontic treatment is essential in not only improving smiles, but also bringing teeth into occlusal harmony (proper alignment) allowing them to function more properly. We offer full orthodontic services to our patients with our on-staff Orthodontist specialist.
Root Canal Therapy
Root canal therapy is oftentimes a tooth-saving procedure in cases where the dental pulp inside the tooth has become compromised. This usually occurs from one of three ways; tooth decay extending down into the nerve, deep fillings, and/or physical trauma such as a blow to a tooth.
During the procedure, the nerve tissue is removed from the tooth and replaced with a filler material. The tooth will then most likely have to be repaired with a crown to prevent further breakage. In our office, root canals are quick and painless and done on-site, making referrals and separate trips absolutely unnecessary. If you come to us in pain, we are usually able to treat you the same day!
Invisalign
In today's busy and aesthetically-conscious world, many patients prefer Invisalign's clear and removable orthodontic solution to traditional brackets and wires.
Laser Dentistry
Most dental procedures can now be completed, or aided, by the use of a laser. We have three different lasers and are able to adapt them to almost any procedure you need. The result is more comfortable treatment and more predictable treatment outcomes. Dental lasers are a safe and proven alternative and have been used safely and effectively to treat millions of patients.
TMJ - Temporomandibular joint pain
Pain and other symptoms affecting the head, jaw, and face caused when the jaw joints and muscles controlling them don't work together correctly. Our staff is trained to recognize, diagnose and treat many symptoms related to joint dysfunction. We have treatments which can get you back to harmony and full function.
Complete & Partial Dentures
The loss of teeth can have detrimental effects on not only esthetics but also the function of your teeth. Whatever your situation might be, we are able to replace as little as one tooth or all of your teeth! We offer conventional, time-proven partials and complete dentures and we are also able to evaluate your current prosthesis and suggest improvements. Just because your current denture doesn't fit properly, doesn't mean you have to settle for being uncomfortable or self-conscious! With improvements in dentistry, we are oftentimes able to stabilize your dentures using implants.
Dental Implants
Are missing teeth causing you to miss out on living your best life? Missing teeth and loose dentures make too many people sit on the sidelines and let life pass them by. However, today's modern treatment options can replace everything from a single missing tooth to a completely missing top or bottom arch of teeth. Our expertise and techniques improve every year, and we are now able to place implants in areas that were once very difficult---or even impossible---to achieve. Don't let another day go by without taking this important first step to restoring your confidence, your smile, and your quality of life!
Cosmetics
We offer our patients a full range of services and procedures designed to beautify your smile. Sometimes a combination of procedures is used to give you an optimal appearance you've always dreamed of. As full service providers, we are able to complete all the procedures in-house which allows for less time spent in the chair and a better understanding of your expected results. After all, a smile is the best accessory one can have!
Periodontal (Gum) Treatment
Traditionally, periodontal treatment was completed only by a specialist, typically meaning an increase in recovery time and with an increased fee. Using new laser technology, we are able to provide a wide range of gum treatments in our office with more comfort & better predictability than ever before.
Children's Dentistry
Wouldn't it be great to take your child to the same place you trust and love? We love treating children and are able to treat them from kindergarten to college, and beyond! All of your children's restorative care, and even their orthodontic care, can be completed in our facility.
